4. Earning Opportunities

Virelia offers various ways to earn, including but not limited to completing tasks, playing games, streaming music, and referring friends. Earnings are subject to the specific rules of each activity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any earning opportunity at any time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your registered bank account or mobile money. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and fees (if any) are specified on the platform. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for security reviews or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to manipulate tasks or earnings.
• Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Post or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of earnings.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited if prohibited by these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on Virelia are the property of Monieflex Technology or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virelia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you earned in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of any content or earnings predictions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
